How to Activate Card TivuSat - Catalogue Feed
Shipments will be made according to the international rules established by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), or according to the rules established by Incoterms 2010, according to the rule FCA or Free Carrier:
FCA Free Carrier
“Free Carrier” means that the seller delivers the goods to the carrier or another person nominated by the buyer at the seller’s premises or another named place. The parties are well advised to specify as clearly as possible the point within the named place of delivery, as the risk passes to the buyer at that point.

Delivery
All orders on the Antenna Center are shipped via EXPORTBOX SDA or UPS and should be delivered within 3/4 days (subject to a maximum of 10 days) (exact delivery date is dependent on order time and processing of payment).
Delivery Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you (via email) a unique tracking code with a link to the UPS tracking service. From here you will be able to track the status of your delivery.
Shipping costs
The estimated shipping costs can only be used if the basket is not empty.
Returns
We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible and these terms do not affect your statutory rights. We will try to attend to all returns as soon as practically possible.
By law, consumers have the right to cancel a contract for the purchase of most items within fourteen (14) days from the day after the day the products have been received.
- If you wish to cancel your order under the Regulations and the delivery has already been dispatched we ask you to notify us in writing (which may be by email), preferably using the cancellation form provided by us as referred to in the Conditions of Sale or contact our Customer Service team quoting your name and order number. A Returns Authorisation Code will be issued accordingly. We will arrange for you to be refunded within 14 days of the day we receive the products back or, if earlier, the receipt by us of proof of the return of the products; the refund will include any applicable delivery charge but not any postage or collection cost incurred returning the item to us. Where you chose a more expensive delivery option, we have the option to only reimburse you up to the amount you would have paid if you had chosen the least expensive common and generally accepted form of delivery offered by us.
- If you cancel, you must return the products (including any accessories which were included in the price of the products) with proof of purchase in their original condition, undamaged and at your cost. If not all accessories that were included with the products are returned, we shall be entitled to charge you for the cost of the missing items. If you do not return the products to us, the products must be made available for collection and we may charge you the costs incurred in collecting the products. You must take reasonable care of the products until returned or collected.

- You return your product without proof of purchase
- There is a contract and you have started using the services (e.g. Prepaid Cards or Cams)
- If any illegal software / firmware / patches are found to been loaded to the receiver.
- The warranty seal has been broken on any item
