Due to of the new anti-piracy provisions by Sky Italy, it is necessary that the Prepaid Card is paired with a SKY ITALY ORIGINAL DECODER HD "Intended for Sale" or Xdome HD 1000NC, otherwise the channels HD and SD will be blocked and will appear "Avviso 07".
To overcome this, you will need to send us the STB_ID code.
How find the STB_ID code? Press "Menu" on remote control, then press 8 "Diagnostica", then press 3 "Dati del ricevitore", lastly, enter in the second page bottommost line.

In order to receive Sky Italia a 60cm - 80cm Satellite Dish Kit pointing to HotBird 13 degrees East will be needed. A Dedicated Sky Italia receiver must be used with all new subscriptions ( HD Decoder is NOT Included but available at discounted price if bought together with the card).
